Childcare/Camp ASCRS: Register now! CAMP ASCRS– Welcomes children ages 6 months – 12 years. Children participate in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts projects, active games, and more, in a safe, nurturing environment. Lunch and a light snack will be provided. ACCENT will not administer any medication.REGISTRATION: To ensure your child has a space, please pre-register by May 1, 2026. Your child(ren) is not registered until payment is received. We will assume your child will attend during the hours registered. If your schedule changes, we need as much notice as possible. We will accommodate you as best we can, based on availability. You will receive a refund for a cancellation received in writing at ACCENT offices no later than May 1, 2026. After that date, no refunds will be issued. “No shows” receive no refund. This policy is to ensure proper staffing, which is in the best interest of your child(ren).
NOTE: For the safety and security of your child(ren), ACCENT has the right to refuse care to any child based on space availability and appropriateness. ACCENT also has the right to refuse care to any child unable to adapt to group situations as well as any child whose presence or behavior may disrupt the program or endanger the health or safety of other children. Join us on a Boat Tour of Tampa Bay Benefiting Cheeky Charity! - $75 (Adult) | $25 Children (under 16) Every year, the YSC Outreach Subcommittee hosts a charity event to connect ASCRS members, candidates, and the local communities that we serve. This year, we are proud to partner with Cheeky Charity, a non-profit whose goal is to promote colorectal and anal cancer screening and prevention, primarily in the LGBTQ+ and sexual/gender minority groups, but really all minorities. They're "not just raising awareness—they’re raising eyebrows, starting conversations, and flipping the script on cancer care in the LGBTQ+ community!" This fun, family-friendly event will feature 1.5 hours on a pirate-themed ship on the Tampa Bay, an open cash bar, and a chance to meet the founder of Cheeky Charity, David Russo. Bring your family and your friends!
