This talk will aim to discuss the keys to transitioning from General Surgery Residency to Colon & Rectal Surgery Residency. Specifically how you can maximize your educational experiences in clinic, the endoscopy suite, and OR. This talk will also cover preparing for board exams, and applying for jobs during fellowship.
