Mastery of difficult anorectal surgery is essential to the practicing colorectal surgeon. The aim of this symposium is to lean on the wisdom of experienced colleagues to learn tips and tricks for the difficult cases that we all encounter. This is not an overview of anorectal pathophysiology, and it's not a step-by-step tutorial to common procedures that can already be found in countless textbooks. Instead, this symposium focuses entirely on technique and court vision. It aims to provide the audience with tips and tricks that will assist them through challenging cases in the future. The symposium will be accompanied by social media Q and A as well as audience polling.Learning Objectives:
