Dr. Liliana Bordeianou, MD, MPH, is a Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and a colorectal surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). She is Director of the MGH Colorectal Surgery and Pelvic Floor Disorders Centers, and Academic Director of the Integrated Mass General Brigham Division of Colorectal Surgery. She is the founding Chair of the USA Pelvic Floor Disorders Consortium and Secretary General of the International Society of University Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Her research focuses on pelvic floor disorders and patient-centered outcomes after colorectal surgery, including quality of life, bowel and bladder function, surgical complications, oncologic outcomes, and the long-term impact of treatment decisions.
