Daniel J. Galante, DO, FACS, FASCRS is a colon and rectal surgeon with the AdventHealth Medical Group and the program director for the AdventHealth Orlando Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency. He graduated from the inaugural class of the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City, and then completed his residency in General Surgery at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. During his residency he completed a year of clinical research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship at the St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital- Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai fellowship program in New York City. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. In his clinical practice Dr. Galante treats all diseases and disorders of the colon, rectum and anus.
