Dr. Saraidaridis is a staff surgeon in the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA and holds an academica appointment at the Tufts University School of Medicine and the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. Her research interests focus on the development of quality collaboratives, anorectal disease, and gender inequity in the surgeon workforce.
