Julia Saraidaridis, MD, MMSc

Dr. Saraidaridis is a staff surgeon in the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA and holds an academica appointment at the Tufts University School of Medicine and the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. She graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and performed General Surgery Residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She completed fellowship at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center and has been a staff colon and rectal surgeon at that institution since 2018. She is an active member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the New England Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. She is co-director of the ASCRS Quality Collaborative on Anal Fistula and director of the NESCRS quality collaborative on anal fissure (BLINQ). Her research interests focus on the development of quality collaboratives, anorectal disease, and gender inequity in the surgeon workforce.
