Emily Bundy is a second-year medical student at the WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine in Washington State. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Health from the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden where she completed a thesis regarding maternal obstetric triaging systems in Malawi. Emily is particularly interested in colorectal surgery and has pursued this interest through her participation in the ASCRS DISCOveR program in summer 2025 at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University, where she studied biology and leadership studies.
