Amanda Chiu, DO, MS, is the colon and rectal surgery clinical fellow at Creighton University. She is originally from Queens, New York, and went to medical school at NYIT-COM. She then completed her general surgery residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, before going to Omaha for fellowship.
