Ege Derman is currently a fourth year medical student at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, and will be starting her general surgery residency at Hackensack University Medical Center this summer. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, she moved to the United States to pursue her higher education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology and a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from Boston University.
