Ianne Keziah Ocho Agripo, M.D.
Dr. Ianne Keziah Ocho Agripo is currently a 2nd year General Surgery Resident at the Philippine General Hospital. She was previously a Medical Officer III at the Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center, working as a Resident-on-Duty under the Department of Surgery. She also concurrently served as a General Practitioner in hospitals situated in the City of Valencia. Her scholarly pursuits encompass research domains such as Tuberculosis and Antimicrobial Resistance and Stewardship, Telehealth, and Diabetes Mellitus management practices within the ASEAN countries.
Dr. Agripo completed her internship at the esteemed Philippine General Hospital and attained her Doctor of Medicine degree with distinction, graduating cum laude, from the University of the Philippines - Manila. Prior to this, she achieved academic excellence in her Bachelor of Science in Biology, also graduating cum laude, from the University of the Philippines - Diliman.
An active participant in medical associations, Dr. Agripo holds memberships in the Bukidnon Medical Society, Philippine Medical Association, and the Asia eHealth Information Network. Her proactive nature is further evidenced by her leadership roles during her medical education. Notably, she served as the Association of Philippine Medical Colleges - Student Network (APMC) Regional Socio-Civic and Public Health Committee Coordinator for the National Capital Region and South Luzon during the Fiscal Year 2020-2021, pioneering the inaugural International Telehealth Conference with ASEAN Countries.
In her commitment to community service, Dr. Agripo held the position of Regionalization Students Organization Vice-President for Externals during the Academic Year 2019-2020, where she facilitated the "For The Nation Through The Regions: COVID-19 Donation Drive." Furthermore, she actively participated in the initial phases of COVID-19 vaccination efforts within her local community, reflecting her unwavering dedication to public health initiatives.
