Rachel Jensen finished general surgery residency at the University of California San Diego in 2025. She is currently a Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellow at the University of Minnesota. Her research interest focuses on surgical education, more specifically strategies to improve self-efficacy in surgical training, resident assessment, program evaluation, feedback, coaching, and curriculum development.
