Jacob Creighton is a current colorectal surgery fellow with the Utah Health Care Institue/St. Mark's Colorectal sugery group in Salt Lake City, Utah. He finished his general surgery residency in 2025 with the University of Tennessee Knoxville Program. In the fall of 2026, he will begin community private practice in Medford, Orgeon with Oregon Surgical Specialists as a general and colorectal surgeon. His interests include providing broad-scope general and colorectal practice to meet the needs of the community.
