Lillian Reza MBBS, MSc, FRCS is a UK senior colorectal surgery trainee with an academic interest in inflammatory bowel disease, robotic surgery, digital health, and service innovation. She is completing a PhD at St Marks' Hospital and Imperial College on the evaluation and classification of pouch fistula. She served as President of the Dukes' Club, the national network for UK colorectal trainees. She has authored the ESCP Cryptogladular anal fistula guideline and has led a national training Delphi consensus study to establish priorities in Colorectal training in the UK. She is the ACPGBI travelling fellow at ASCRS.
