Tumor boards are critical for multidisciplinary decision-making, yet certain complex or controversial cases often extend discussion far beyond the scheduled time. This symposium will highlight real-world colorectal cancer cases that challenge consensus, expose gaps in evidence, or stir debate across specialties. Through interactive case presentations and moderated discussion, faculty will explore management dilemmas involving neoadjuvant therapy, organ preservation, oligometastatic disease, and more. Attendees will gain insight into how expert teams approach nuance, ambiguity, and disagreement while striving for patient-centered, guideline-concordant care.
