This symposium will cover Crohn's fibrostenotic disease. We will address controversies in timing of surgery in biologic-naive patients with isolated TI stricture, as well as new data surrounding anastomotic architecture. We will discuss surgical management and bowel-sparing strictureplasty techniques in multifocal jejunoileal stricturing disease. We will then discuss atypical strictures including duodenal and colonic. Learning Objectives:
