Sharon is the Global Director for Sustainability, at Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Surgery division, and has responsibility for leading Surgery's Strategy and Program initiatives for Sustainability.
Passionate about sustainability, she strives to deliver end to end sustainable solutions and product technologies for Johnson & Johnson MedTech, that reduce both waste and carbon footprint, and to partner with Healthcare providers to help healthcare systems around the globe to do the same.
Sharon has been with Johnson & Johnson for over 25 plus years with extensive leadership experience within the MedTech sector and has held roles of increasing responsibility across Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Strategic Capabilities functions.
