Dr. Sarah Vogler is Chief of Staff for the Cleveland Clinic Florida Market, leading more than 900 physicians across multiple hospitals and outpatient centers. A board-certified colorectal surgeon, she combines deep clinical expertise with executive leadership, guiding physician workforce planning, compensation strategy, quality and safety performance, and service line growth across the region.
Prior to her current role, Dr. Vogler served as Associate Chief of Staff and Regional Director of Colorectal Pelvic Floor Care for Cleveland Clinic Florida, as well as President and Medical Director of Cleveland Clinic Florida Integrated Health (ACO). Earlier in her Cleveland Clinic career, she held key leadership roles at the Cleveland, Ohio campus, including Vice Chair of Operations for the Department of Colorectal Surgery and Section Chief of Pelvic Floor Disorders.
Nationally recognized for her work in pelvic floor disorders and minimally invasive colorectal surgery, Dr. Vogler has authored numerous publications and textbook chapters and is a frequent invited speaker. Her leadership has strengthened collaboration between clinicians and the C-Suite, advancing Cleveland Clinic’s mission of world-class, patient-centered care through financial sustainability and operational excellence.
Dr. Vogler earned her medical degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She completed her general surgery residency at the University of Utah and fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Minnesota, where she later served as Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery, Co-Director of the Pelvic Floor Center for Colon and Rectal Surgery Associates.
