Anushka Paladugu, MD, is a PGY-3 general surgery resident at Loma Linda University Health. Her research interests include surgical outcomes, surgical education, and quality improvement. Her current work examines how procedural quality during Hartmann’s procedure affects reversal complexity and downstream patient outcomes.
