Alex is a current colorectal fellow at the University of Louisville. He attended the University of Minnesota for graduate and medical school. General Surgery training was completed at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA. His research interests have been diverse and include benchwork, animal modeling, and now predominantly involve quality improvement and outcomes research. When not devoting time to clinical training and research endeavors, he enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors as much as possible.
