Sasha Thiel, MD, is a current Advanced GI/MIS and Bariatric Surgery Fellow at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. She was raised in Florida and completed her undergraduate degree at Boston University. She completed both her medical degree and general surgery residency at Florida Atlantic University's Charle's E. Schmidt College of Medicine. Dr. Thiel has particular clinical interests in colorectal and foregut surgery.
