Dr. Majed El Hechi completed his general surgery residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital - WHC and is currently a colorectal surgery fellow at Cleveland Clinic Florida. His research interests center on colorectal cancer, perioperative optimization, and surgical quality improvement with multiple national presentations and peer-reviewed publications. He is also passionate about mentorship and peer support for surgical trainees. Outside of medicine, he enjoys aviation, motoring, and exploring National Parks.
