Naksong Sung, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of General Surgery and a colorectal surgeon specializing in colorectal disease, minimally invasive surgery, and robotic surgery, including single-port (SP) approaches. My clinical and research work focuses on improving outcomes in advanced colorectal surgery through the integration of minimally invasive and robotic techniques. I have also contributed to the field through active leadership roles, serving as Deputy Secretary General of the Korean Society of Coloproctology and as the Director of Quality Management at my institution
