Dr. Alexander Xu is a colon and rectal surgery fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He completed his general surgery residency at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, and he received his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine after completing his Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He will continue onto practice as a colon and rectal surgeon following completion of his fellowship.
