Dr. Kethman is a staff surgeon at Ochsner Health in New Orleans, Louisiana. He earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering and medical doctorate from Tulane University and completed his general surgery residency at Stanford University and a colon and rectal surgery fellowship at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center - Case Western Reserve University. He completed a research fellowship at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign, dedicated to educating health technology innovators and leading the transition to a value-driven innovation ecosystem. He has clinical interests in complex re-operative surgery, minimally invasive management of colon and rectal cancers, and inflammatory bowel disease.
