Colorectal surgeon currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Surgical Sciences at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Campinas, Brazil. I graduated from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM). I completed my residency in General Surgery at Hospital Municipal Dr. Mário Gatti and my residency in Coloproctology at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). I hold the title of Specialist in Coloproctology from the Brazilian Society of Coloproctology and I am currently undergoing certification training in robotic surgery. My current master’s research in Surgical Sciences at UNICAMP is titled “Incidence of Pouch Adenomas in Familial Adenomatous Polyposis After Restorative Proctocolectomy.”
