Dr. Lisa Zhang is a colorectal and general surgeon at the Ottawa Hospital and an Assistant Professor with the University of Ottawa. She completed her Medical Doctorate at the University of Toronto, General Surgery residency training at Queen's University, and Colorectal Surgery fellowship at the University of Ottawa. She holds an MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology from the University of Oxford. She specializes in minimally invasive colorectal surgery, with clinical and academic interests in rectal cancer, complex colorectal disease, and quality improvement in surgical care.
