This year’s Pelvic Floor Disorders Consortium will focus on the multidisciplinary management of fecal incontinence, a condition that remains one of the most complex and challenging clinical problems worldwide. Because fecal incontinence frequently coexists with other pelvic floor disorders, our discussions will emphasize the importance of collaborative care across specialties, including gastroenterology, urogynecology, colorectal surgery, and pelvic floor physical therapy.
We will examine real-world cases and invite input from the consortium as a whole to explore practical, evidence-based approaches to the most difficult continence problems. Your expertise and guidance will help shape solutions that not only improve patient care today, but also serve as a foundation for future research and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
We look forward to your contributions and hope to see you at the Pelvic Floor Disorders Consortium 2026!
