Tamara Voor Damrel is a third year general surgery resident at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine at UTSouthwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, and her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX. She first became interested in colorectal surgery during her intern year rotation, and is looking forward to connecting more with the specialty through ASCRS.
