Danielle Krakosky, MD, is a third-year general surgery resident at the University of Washington, and a captain in the U.S. Air Force. She completed medical school and a Master of Science in Medical Genetics at Tulane University and her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. She also completed a service year with AmeriCorps in New Orleans, working with Habitat for Humanity building homes and supporting access to affordable housing. Her clinical and academic interests include colorectal surgery, robotic surgery, health equity, and surgical education.
